职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for Robot hand/man adjustment/confirmation before production starting, ensure injection robot hands/man working normal in injection workshops

负责对各车间的机械手进行生产前的调试、确认，保证注塑机械手工作正常

2 To cooperate with maintenance technician to strictly follow PM plan, and to assist to TPM engineer in Maintenance Dept. to define the proper PM plan

协助维修人员预防性维护，并协助维修部维修工程师定义合理的维修计划

3 To create and maintain SOP documents, make sure documents preserved properly, updated on time, display on machines制作和维护标准机械手作业流程文件，确保现场相关文件保存完好，及时更新

4 To train and guide technician and foreman, and exam to define their level, keep training record

培训技术员和领班并定义考试项目、级别，保存记录

5 To handle trouble-shooting of day to day production process, also maintain, monitor and optimize production process to ensure molding process runs stably and safely.

处理日常生产工艺问题，维护、监控、优化生产工艺

6 Provide technical support to production in terms of process control and problem solving to ensure and efficient and high quality production

为生产部提供技术支持，确保高效高质生产

7 Involve the new product project as dept. representative to support and make sure product lunch on time and successfully

作为部门代表参与新产品项目研讨，提供支持并确保项目按时成功启动

8 To assist Senior Injection Engineer on injection process optimization and cycle time reduction

协助方法部高级注塑工程师对每个车间的注塑工艺进行改善和降低注塑周期

9 Injection machines, auxiliaries follow up

注塑机和辅助设备的跟踪

10 Mainly work in workshop with 90% of working time

90%的工作时间在生产车间

11 Report to Senior Injection Engineer/Methods & Lean Manufacturing Manager

向高级注塑工程师/方法部经理进行汇报

Requirements:

1 College or above in engineering, major in Electro-Mechanical is a plus

工程专业大专以上，机电工程专业优先

2 Minimum 5 years' experience in injection robot hand/man adjustment, familiar with Wittmann, Apex, Func is a plus

至少5年注塑机械手/机器人调试经验，熟悉威猛、精锐机械手，发那克机器人者优先

3 Good understanding of plastic material, mould structure and equipment, also accessories is a plus

熟悉塑胶材料、模具结构和各种注塑机、辅机者优先

4 Good trouble shooting skills, good communication skills, self- discipline, problem solving oriented

良好问题解决能力、沟通技巧、自律、以解决问题为目标导向

5 Good command of English both writing and spoken is a plus

具有良好的英文读写和口语能力者优先

6 Good computer skill at MS-Office, AutoCAD

熟练操作计算机：MS-Office 和AutoCAD

7 Good teamwork player

具有团队精神
