职位描述：
1、负责公司线下鲜花活动的策划和执行，并对活动效果追踪；
2、对礼品／包月鲜花品牌市场营销有独特见解，负责活动主题策划、活动方案撰写，活动统筹执行；
3、根据每场活动，总结经验，不断优化活动流程，筛选优质渠道与市场，不断提供有创意有效果的活动策划；
4、对方案执行费用进行预算，统筹安排并联系购买活动所需物料，协助平面设计进行活动平面材料的制作；
5、对活动效果跟踪、分析并形成总结报告，评定活动传播的效果。

岗位要求：
1、 为人诚实，工作认真负责、踏实肯干；
2、 抗压性强，心理素质好，能不断接受挑战；团队协作能力强，可以积极的配合所有团队成员工作；
3、 性格活泼，沟通能力强，工作效率高，执行力强；
4、 执行力强，有一定的活动创意，愿意不断尝试；
5、 专科及以上学历，两年及以上同行市场营销策划工作经验；
6、 线下活动多在周末进行，必须接受周末上班，但平常可调休，7天做五休二；
7、熟悉各种活动的运作流程，能独立完成工作；有类似工作经验或拓展训练经验优先录用。
