Ironically, our business ideas all started with little coversations in hotels and restaurants … More precisely, it all began when the two founders traveled across China and stayed in hotels and ate locally. While enjoying the trips and talking to the hoteliers, they found dellima in all dimentions. Two enthusiasts resolved to follow their passions and founded the viable business to provide total solutions.
有趣的是，德仕乐的创业之路其实是从在酒店和餐厅的聊天中开始的…更确切地说，这一切都开始于当公司两个创始人在中国各地出差旅行中。在享受旅途和与酒店业和餐饮业人士交谈中，他们发现了在食品安全和清洁消毒领域很多尴尬。于是，两位中国创始人凭着对行业的热爱和创业激情，决定一起成立一家公司为行业提供全面解决方案

DSL VISION 德仕乐愿景
Based on their own extensive 30+ years’ experiences working with hundreds of hotels and institutions all across China, the two entrepreneurs, a Canadian and a Chinese, were convinced of the enormous potential for promoting food safety, cost-effective cleaning and sanitation in China, given the facts that people are desparate to get safe food, clean water and air and want a more sustainable way of life. Casting ahead of years, they could easily picture themselves and millions of travellers enjoying wherever they go without worrying about health.
基于在中国30多年的丰富酒店行业经验，两位拥有创业精神的行业资深人士， 一位中国人和一位加拿大华裔，深信提供食品安全和高性价比的清洁消毒方案在中国存在着巨大的潜力和市场空间。他们描绘着日后情景，再回到那些曾经住过的酒店和用过的餐厅，而那时他们和其它旅行者尽情旅途的快乐，而不用担心健康。

Why Daffodil? 为什么是水仙花呢？
In naming the company they drew on the fact that their inspiration had come from hoping to offer something different or some alternatives, bring the freshness and hope and contribute to a harmonious and sustainable world… , literally meaning “healthy and sustainable future”, as does the company‘s logo, which shows a vibrant daffodil flower rising with the company name: DSL. To sum up, all these ideas reflect the poem “Praise Daffodils” by the reknown poet Zhu Xi of Southern Song Dynasty
在为公司命名时，他们意识到自己的创业灵感起源于他们希望提供完全不一样的东西或者替代、给人们带来清新和希望、致力于建立一个和谐有可持续发展的世界，正如公司标志所展现的一株生机勃勃的水仙花从公司的名字DSL中间升起。南宋著名诗人朱熹赋水仙花》中有诗句便是最好的阐释：“如何蓬艾底，亦有春风香”。
