职位描述：
PURPOSE of POSITION:
Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for facilitating and coordinating all artwork projects on behalf of a designated customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
?To effectively project manage artwork projects on behalf of the customer. Meeting agreed customer KPIs and expectations.
?To ensure effective project management and prioritisation of administration and artist workloads resulting in managed customer expectations, contracted KPIs and deadlines being met.
?To train/mentor all other levels of administrator/CSRs in both Trident and customer specific procedures.
?Accurately complete all administrative paperwork and database entry associated with artworks produced.
?Project manage oversee and control all projects on the designated account and as a result prioritise own and artist workloads to ensure deadlines are met and managed.
?Achieve Trident print training to a minimum level 2.
?Assist in the management of working capital by ensuing work in progress is effectively managed.
?To work in conjunction with all other areas of the business to generate artwork in the most cost effective and timely manner possible.
?The ability to identify and follow through on opportunities of growth.

BACKGROUND:
?Administration Experience.
?Experience in Customer Service.
?Project Management understanding.
?Leadership qualities and professional attitude.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
?Skillfull in MS Office;
?Familiar with Mac systems
?Own Project Management software skills
?Print & Repro understanding
