职位描述
1. JOB PURPOSE:
Half of the responsibility is for maintenance of existing accounts, in addition to the other half of further development of new clients and exploitation of full business potentials.
2. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Direct and coordinate sales activities;
· Increase sales revenue for designated business unit; Manage existing customers, develop new business, and exploit business opportunities to achieve sales targets;
· Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance competitive position for the sector;
· Coordinate and evaluate sales activities to expand customer base and increase sales volume;
· Promote company products and track project development progress toward sales goal;
· Collect, analyze and report customer feedback on products and services.
3. COMPETENCIES /TRAITS REQUIRED:
· Strong communication skills with proven customers focus;
· Independent and willing to travel;
· Willingness and ability to learn.
4. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Has at least 5 years of sales experience in the fragrance and flavor industry, food additives and ingredients;
· Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or other relevant fields;
· Ability to drive strong networking with the customers.
