Our client is a leading multinational company in the beer industry. To
support the rapid business and organizational growth, they are looking
for a Marketing Manager to build strong and winning brands assigned in
the region.
Responsibility:
l Initiate and establish the assigned brand's new products pipeline.
l Work in coordination with companies' JVs for brand success.
l Roll out new brand campaign with defined action plan.
l
Obtain the assigned brand's consumer preference and insights through
researches in order to provide the implication for business.
l Establish leadership position for assigned brands through designing and implementing brand business plan.
l Closely monitor and analyze sales trends and competitor activity.
l Deliver top and bottom line targets for both short and longer term.
Qualifications
Functional skills:
l Solid marketing experience in the FMCG industry for at least 5 years, in multi-national company preferred.
l Proven brand building track record on local brands.
l Sensitive in responding to consumer demands and well aware of latest brand marketing trends.
l Keen interest in West China development.
Personal skills:
l Team Player and good interaction with other functions.
l Fast learner.
l Creative thinking.
l Structured and able to work independently.
l Willing to take initiatives in exploring new solutions.
l Passionate and committed.
l Result-oriented.
Management skills:
l A university degree is essential.
l Completely fluent in English & Mandarin.
l Good presentation and communication skills.
l Good analytical skills, strong in dealing with numbers.
l Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research.
