Essential functions 工作内容
-Responsible for fertilizer sales activities and market planning in Fujian province, mainly focus on special NPK product sales, and other matters with regard to the plant nutrition;
负责辽宁全省范围内的植物营养产品的销售工作,主要针对特种化肥产品的销售,包括销售活动的开展和市场计划的实施
-Evaluate market potentials, and determine monthly, seasonally and annual sales objectives, which should be reasonable, achievable and challenging for the sales team;
根据市场情况作出销售预估,合理确定每月,每个季度和每年的销售目标
-Organize and lead the local team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives;
组织的领导当地的销售团队为达成目标而作出努力
Setup and maintain long-term basis relationships with our clients, including local distributors, shop-keepers and farmers;
与当地经销商,农户和商户建立长期的关系,并做好客情维护工作
-Contribute to the development project for each and every team members, provide necessary supports and guidance when needed;
给予团队成员及时有效的帮助和指引,帮助他们发展
WHO YOU ARE 职位要求
A good team leader with a Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in agricultural area is what we are searching for. We are looking forward to cooperate with a manager with more than 5 years of sales experience in the agricultural sector in China.
农学相关专业教育背景,本科以上学历,5年以上农资行业工作经验,良好的领导力才能
Good inter-personal communication and sensitivity to customer service are very important. The manager needs to be a good team leader, who is task-oriented, with a high level of self-motivation, and with the ability to function effectively within a fast-paced environment. A good level of English and/or French is also required.
优秀的人际交往能力,有客户服务意识。成功的候选人应该具备良好的领导能力,以结果为导向的价值观,具有强烈的自我驱动意识,能迅速有效适应快节奏的工作氛围。有一定的英语或法语的交流能力
