职位描述
QC Manager
Report to: GM – HK
Job Tasks
1.Manage quality team to assure products meet quality expectations for pre/post-production.
2.Plan and organize resources for conducting inspections smoothly.
3.Lead the suppliers in the development and implementation of quality, reliability and safety control systems for supplier development.
4.Monitor supplier quality performance metrics to measure the progress of the quality system compliance and improvement activities.
5.Manage supplier quality activities such as source inspection for all finished goods, tracking and follow-up on supplier corrective action reports, supplier control and continuous improvement plans.
6.Ensure the implementation of preventive action to avoid any conformity in inspection service and management system.
7.Identify and record vendor quality performance and problems; propose solutions to any non-conformities in relation to inspection service and quality system.
8.Liaise with Hong Kong & China office and other relevant person in solving problems and non-conformities.
9.Manage and train QC and inspectors to provide quality inspection service.
10.Monitor staff discipline and carry out disciplinary action if necessary.
11.Carry out all tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1.Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in houseware, sundries, Toys inspection and must 3 years in management role.
2.Good knowledge in following products houseware, sundries & Toys.
3.Excellent knowledge in legal safety requirements for infant & children products.
4.Working knowledge of Quality Control tools (FMEA/Control Plans/Work instruction development, SPC/Pre-control, Pareto Analysis, DPPM, Cpk, Root Cause Analysis, Quality reliability etc.) are must
5.Familiar with all Testing & safety standards, strong sense of material cost & technical skills on houseware, sundries, Toys products.
6.An honest and responsible person, Ability to work independently, hard and as part of a team that will handle production and inspection.
7.Mature, well organized, result-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
8.Must have strong team work spirit & activity attitude
9.Excellent command of English
10.PC knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel a must
11.Good inter-personal skill with suppliers and willing to travel
