Responsibilities:
1. Process and oversee the daily general ledger activities to obtain and record financial data, post and review accounting entries, verify payments..
2. Monitor the closing activities to ensure the financial data are submitted on a timely basis.
3. Prepare internal and external financial reports within deadline. Prepare account reconciliation, analyze trends, and ensure proper follow-up.
4. Coordinate internal/ external audit and annual inspections.
5. Execute continuous improvement initiatives, and support the simplification and standardization of GL processes across various entities.
6. Responsible for all tax issues, including monthly tax return and annual tax filing.
7. Strictly follow the internal control policies and procedures.
8. Participate in various finance projects and other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:
1. University degree or above, accounting or relevant major, CPA is a plus.
2. 3+ years’ solid experience, GL accounting experience in MNC is a plus.
3. Good at English reading and writing.
4. Be familiar with office softwares and accounting softwares, ERP preferred.
5. Good team work spirit and be willing to work under pressure.
6. Responsible and hard-working. Attention to details, high accuracy, punctual.
