岗位职责：
1、 针对新项目组建项目团队，明确成员分工和项目例会。成员应包括但可不仅限于技术、质量、生产、采购、物流、生产计划等功能人员。Set up project team. Align responsibilities and project regular meeting. Team should include but not limited to engineering, quality, production, purchasing, logistics, product planning, etc.
2、 根据产品实现的经济性，以及公司产能，协助开发外协资源，以满足公司对客户的承诺。 According to company capability and capacity, support supply chain director to develop Tolling solution to fulfill customers’ requirement.
3、 协调内部资源，对客户的技术、质量、交期、成本等要求进行评估，确保公司对客户所有要求的正确理解。制订项目KPI. Coordinate internal resources to clarify, understand and confirm customers’ technical, quality, delivery, cost, etc. requirements. Make project KPI, and share information correctly and timely.
4、 跟踪项目成本发生状况，及时沟通并适时采取措施应对变化。
Follow up project budget and make action plan when cost varies to budget.
5、 制定项目风险管理计划。Make project risk management schedule, update and make action plan, follow up.
6、 制定项目时间计划。Create timing line according to customer program mile-stone.
7、 跟踪项目时间节点，采取有效措施满足项目进度。Follow up milestone, make action plan to push result.
8、 管理来自客户的工程变更。Coordinate and manage customers’ engineering change.
9、 协调首件检查。Prepare and sign-off the FAI(First article inspection).
10、 负责公司生产主计划。 Responsible for mater planning.
任职资格的具体描述：
1、 本科及以上学历，有5年以上项目管理经验,能熟练运用英语交流。有供应商开发经验，SQE经验，和生产计划经验者优先。Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years project management experience ,fluent in English is a must. Experience in Sourcing, Supplier quality engineering, and / or production planning is preferred.
2、 较强的领导力，能承受较大工作压力，接受弹性工作时间。Strong leadership. Work under pressure and adapt to flexible working time.
3、 良好的团队精神,性格开朗,善于协调。Good Team spirit, open minded, friendly but professional.
