Job Expectation
The DQA Engineer is responsible for the overall new project design check, test and gate review.
The DQA Engineer works with Hardware team, Software team and Mechanical engineering team to prevent, early identify and rectify the design issues.
Position Description
1.Work with SW development engineer to setup a commercialized, big scale and robust backend system for our product wireless FW upgrade, traceability and information communication
2.Draft test plan with lead time to cover every features for the system
3.Prepare test case for the SW system module test, system test and stress test
4.Update bugzilla in time to monitor the testing progress and highlight the captured issues
5.SW system design gate review based on the checklist to ensure the system design can meet all the PRD requirements before release to operation
6.DFMEA and lesson learn review with the project team
7.Instruct the technician to implement the test plan
KPIs
1.No any design issue after MP launch
2.No major design issue after PVT
Qualifications
1.Bachelor on computer engineering or relevant majors
2.At least 5 years SW development or testing experiences
3.Experience of the big scale wireless payment SW system development or testing is required
4.Must be able to work in a background using English as working language
5.Good command of written English and Chinese
PREFERENCES
1.Solar energy product experiences is preferred
2.Wireless product experiences is preferred
3.Work experience in Huawei or ZTE is plus
