Responsibilities:
1、Actively supports implementation of divisional Quality Plan / Monitors / Audits Plant Quality Programs and assures compliance with division standards; coordinates the annual division quality audits (IQE) for the area.
2、Serves as Process Improvement point person for the operation (Scrap Reduction / Smart Setups / SPC / 5-S / Six Sigma / Process Advancement / Other key initiatives).
3、Stays current on and serves as resource for Quality Analysis & Process Improvement tools, teaching others as appropriate.
4、Works with the operation and other Sonoco divisions to develop technical training manuals for local operations.
5、Trains Plant Quality personnel & others in Quality procedures and use of selected tools.
6、Provides training and process support on any new process start-ups.
7、Develops a working relationship with other Sonoco divisions to enable any technology and information transfer beneficial for Sonoco Asia operations
8、Understands and supports Strategic business and plant initiatives to include ISO 9000 or other 3rd party systems where required.
9、Helps identify & transfer Best Demonstrated Practices between operations.
10、Develops a working relationship with Sonoco and Local Paper Mills & other key vendors and assists plants with developing effective vendor-based programs.
11、Assists in raw material trials as required.
12、 Assists plants with developing Quality systems needed to meet customer issues.
13、Provides information to manufacturing management on quality trends from analysis of data and manages the customer feedback database.
14、Assists operations in developing and maintaining a quality advantage, recommending ER&D or other outside resources as needed to assure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
15、 Provides Sales support for critical issues as needed.
16、 Works on any other division level initiatives & projects as required.

Experience/Education
1、At least tertiary education in engineering discipline
2、At least five years of manufacturing experience
3、Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment with MNCs.
4、Good knowledge of quality system , such as ISO.
5、Fluent Chinese and English both In writing and speaking
6、Good computer skill
