Responsibilities
Provide first line System, PC and technical support to end-users
Responsible for software / hardware installation, troubleshooting

Requirements
Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline
Familiar with PC applications including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
At least 1-2 years relevant experience in technical support role preferable, but fresh graduated will be also considered
MCSE certificate holder is preferred but not essential
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of written English preferred with good spoken English
Immediate available is preferred
