KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Design assurance on new projects
2.DVT/PVT product and component testing
3.Create day to day test plan with milestones for reporting
4.Inputs into test plans
5.Create sign off reports for DVT/PVT
6.Contribute to sign off meetings
7.Monitor and report Factory Ongoing tests
8.Create customer report documentation from above test plans.
9.Manage all test currency.
10.Competitor analysis
11.Travel to customer and supplier sites as required

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / TRAINING
1.Strong Technical Design Assurance experience
2.Software verification
3.6 sigma green belt or above
4.Excellent communication, interpersonal and numeric skills
5.Excellent IS skills including strong Excel skills.
6.Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
7.Problem solver.
8.Self-starter and team player.
9.Ability to develop and maintain relevant product knowledge.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
1.Strong technical product design assurance experience in a related industry
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1.Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills (Chinese & English)
2.Good presentation skills
3.Good IT skills
4.Problem solving activity leader
5.Methodical and organised approach to work
6.Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
