荔湾广场商铺推广项目
本公司Marketing Department现有一个极具挑战性的市场推广项目：
如何把一个地处偏僻、人流量并不大、附近环境并不佳的商铺推广出去，成功吸引一些经营模式较佳、具有一定品牌的商家愿意承租？
计划吸纳2名成员组建成项目执行团队。
团队成员需做好协作分工，努力做好以下四项工作：
1、挖掘各类网络宣传渠道，发布商铺租赁信息；
2、通过网络，搜索大量商户名录及联系方式；
3、通过电话、电邮等方式，与商户进行互动交流和沟通，了解客户需求，有效传递商铺优劣势；
4、与有兴趣的客户实考察并讲解。
你可能学到的商业技能：
1、如何利用关键字进行信息搜索和筛选；
2、如何利用市场资讯分析定位潜在客户；
3、如何分析判断客户经营模式和关心的问题；
4、如何运用产品特点满足客户需求；
5、如何与客户进行良好有效的沟通。

本项目提供食宿，每月底薪1000元，奖金按照个人每日工作汇报情况进行评估与核计。
