Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve budgeted revenue and bottom line target of the D&J Department

· Maintain the current business and explore new business opportunity for the Department

· Train the Sales team

· Provide the sales solution to the clients

· Develop and execute the sales plan in order to drive the sales performance

· Drive, lead and coach Sales Team on how to achieve sales target.

· Perform Sales and monitor the sales performance of the team

· Review sales record / order information and compile into report for the senior management

· Assist to achieve the DSO target set by the Management team

· Set up KPI to measure the sales team's performance

· Maintain a good relationship with the customers

· Deal with affiliates on the sales related issue

· Monitor and control the expense of the Sales team

· Review the performance of direct subordinate

Qualification & Experiences

· Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or Business related subject

· At least 5 years sales experience in multi-national company with minimum 3 years in Managerial position

· Proven track record in leading a successful sales team

· Preferred experience in Diamond & Jewellery / logistic / Luxury industry

· Proven track-record in developing and leading high performance teams

· Experience within fast-paced, competitive, blue chip/corporate quality aware environment

Skills

· Demonstrated strong managerial and leadership skills

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill

· Aggressive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· Strong negotiation and coaching skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Language: fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin
