职责：  

1. Analyze customer needs, be responsible for the docking, coordination, communication, promotion and tracking in China domestically;

2. Maintain customers relationship, good connection with key accounts; cost control and budget;

3. Deal with the complaint from customer and make sure the project smoothly;

4. Dealing mail with other stations and customer

5. Arrange cargo transport and close monitoring

6. Update shipment system

7. Check monthly statement and upload to system

8. Co-ordinate with operational team to deliver the excellent services to the client

要求：

1. Associate degree or above

2. 5 years or above related experience in forwarding or luxury brands operation.

3. Good command of written & spoken Mandarin & English

4. Excellent in English reading, writing, listening and speaking, familiar with Working English;

5. Strong leadership ability, communication and coordination ability, pressure resistance ability, execution ability, insight and challenge spirit, strong team building ability and work passion. Good graduates with intern-ship experience is acceptable
