职位描述
Responsibility of Position:
· Supports a broad range of Human Resources services in support of the organization's objectives and employee needs including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and training
· Performs a wide range of tasks and processes associated with organization change initiatives, i.e., new plant expansion project. Total Quality, career development, training and employee satisfaction survey.
· Assist the Plant HR manager in deployment and execution of Headquarter global initiatives and processes
· Assist in plant HR projects like Employee Satisfaction Survey/Feedback process and lead action plans.
· Support integration of TQL into plant work environment. Maintain Plant Metric Boards.
- Process Wage and salary administration
- Job Evaluation and position description
· Assist Plant Leadership in:
-Team Development
-Resolution of personnel problems
-Training and development of hourly and salaried employees.
-Maintaining positive employee attitude towards company.
Performs special projects as assigned by Leadership.
5年以上制造业HR工作经验,英文能简单沟通即可,待遇面议。
Experience / Education:
· University graduate in HR, Management or related field.
· 5-7 years working experience in foreign companies in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in English
