Essential Responsibilities

·        Fully control and monitor of warehouse inventory in mainland China and Southeast Asia.

·        Accuracy control inventory from both system and physical goods perspective and ensure alignment to ensure inventory balance.

·        Monitor all inventory transactions between ERP and identify the root cause of imbalance.

·        Rolling forecast of inventory in accordance with sales forecast to track and keep healthy inventory status.

·        Work with order management team to ensure the return inventory balance and assist to settle any scrap regularly.

·        Work with finance and internal control team for both external and internal audit requirement.

·        Maintain regular inventory accuracy performing cycle counts, analyse cause of inventory inaccuracy and propose solutions.

·        Provide all kinds of inventory tracking reports with rational analysis to related departments to support business needs.

·        Keep good relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders.

·        Assure implementation and follow up of 5's within warehouse.

Qualifications/Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree or above.

·        At least 3 years working experience in warehouse and inventory management is preferred. 

·        Be familiar with Inventory control system and warehouse process.

·        Proficient in Excel/PPT software with strong knowledge of analysis tools skill.

·        Good command of English in written and oral.

·        Good communication skills and coordination skills.

·        Quick learner and embrace changes.
