职责：1. Review and optimize finance SOP for each function of each legal entity; Focus on improvement of finance operation process.

    

   2. Verify correctness and completeness of related internal control and ensure compliance with finance policy. (MRL, CORP, SOD, MSA)

    

           3. Review and analyze petty cash usage quarterly in China mainland; Prepare petty cash policy exception approval form and respond any query from HQ.

    

           4. Review and update China approval policy and other local policies as travel and entertainment process, corporate credit card process, KYC process, BITS finance process and so on.

    

           5. Prepare and support for internal audit (mostly in Shanghai); work with Internal Auditors to design and implement compliance audit programs.

    

           6. Learn and provide training to finance staff according to updated Global policies every half year.

    

           7. Coordinate for all entities' annual external auditing and reporting before finalization; help to prepare overall monthly report and annual budget presentation to Management.

    

           8. Participate in various finance projects and other ad hoc tasks.

    

    

要求：1. University degree or above, accounting or relevant major, CPA is a plus.

    

    2. 8+ years’ solid experience, auditing experience in MNC is a plus.

    

           3. Good at English reading and writing. 

    

           4. Be familiar with office software and accounting software, ERP preferred.

    

           5. Good team work spirit and be willing to work under pressure.

    

           6. Responsible and hard-working. Attention to details, high accuracy, punctual.
