General Purpose of Job

1、Ensure compliance with company standards regarding Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) and Ethics, both for self and team. Ensure full compliance with Competition Laws.

2、Accountable for delivering volume, price and contribution margin for the assigned markets / geographies.

3、Involve wider organizational knowhow to ensure successful execution of sales plans.

4、Manage communication internally and with team on supply chain, credit and invoice issues.

Prioritized Essential Functions and Responsibilities

EHS & Ethics

1、Ensure compliance with both local policies and IVL’s EHS requirements, also maintain continuous improvement in safety performance.

2、Ensure full compliance with Ethics and Competition Laws.

Skills and responsibilities

1、Accountable for delivering volume, price and contribution margin for the assigned markets / geographies.

2、Develop and oversee execution of the strategic sales plan, for the assigned markets, assigning targets to team members.

3、Develop, update and execute customer (end user and distributer) plans. (Forecast, projects, actions)

4、Ensure that reliable management information and sales forecasts are produced and reported on a regular basis.

5、Identify new business opportunities and report progress on regular basis.

6、Negotiate and manage commercial contracts as appropriate

7、Obtain accurate market intelligence and share with the marketing, technical and product management teams, including pricing.

8、Work closely with marketing teams to agree and deliver annual new product business commercialization plans.

9、Support Marketing team in the development of business strategies.

10、Build and maintains relationships with customers through meetings, phone calls, CRM tool, exhibitions and events etc.

Education and Experience

1、Advanced degree, preferably Master Degree in surface science, or chemical-related fields.

2、Minimum 5 years experiences in Personal and Home Care surfactant industry area. Knowledge in surfactant for coating and other industry is a plus

3、Good team spirit is required.

4、MNC company working experience is preferable.

Specific Skills and Abilities

1、Strong ability to engage customers and get deal done.

2、Solid commercial process experience, budgeting, forecast, project follow up, sales contract / order processing etc.

3、Good knowledge of surface science, in particularly, the surfactant chemistry using in HPC industry. Knowledge in coating and other industry for surfactant application is a plus.

4、Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

5、Deep customer insights, understanding customer decision process

6、Good multi-project management skills

7、Positive attitude, self-motivated, and drive for great

8、Proficient of both English and Mandarin orally and written.
