Familiar with the inspection process of sanitary ware products, especially the testing standard of faucet (domestic and foreign)

Good communication and coordination skills

·        Implementation and supervision in the improvement and standardization of quality processes, methods and tools under the intensive leadership of QM and the professional team of the water faucet division directly at the manufacturer

    

·        Application of system tools and quality methods (QA, 5S, 8D, LL, BPS, error catalogs…)

    

·        Supervision of the implementation of relevant activities related to the certification and legislation of Ravak products

    

·        Ensuring validation and testing at the manufacturer

    

·        Cooperation in audits and expansion of supplier and subsupplier base (ISO, VDA…)

    

·         Deepening and development of technical and technological knowledge associated with the products of DB Ravak a.s.

    

·  Intensive communication and work with the manufacturer (supplier) with the aim of maximally connecting the customer's needs with the possibilities and the plan of the manufacturer's development

    

·  Support for new projects focused on the quality of production preparation and its implementation (launch)

    

·  Under the leadership of the project team, ensure the connection of the needs of new product development with the possibilities and the plan of the manufacturer's development

    

·  Support in the field of technical communication and ensuring the use of technical and technological equipment for verification, testing and validation of new products on the part of the manufacturer

    

·  Knowledge of products and their applications by the manufacturer

    

·  Support for the PCR change process

    

·  Quality control of running models, products and series

    

·  Ensuring product quality control according to DB's internal regulations at the manufacturer

    

·  Routine reporting and operational reporting on the status of the performed supervision over the quality of production and product.

    

·  Support in the implementation of preventive and corrective measures and proper communication with the manufacturer
