Title: HR Supervisor:
Report to: - General Manager, BGS China
- Regional HR Manager - Asia Pacific
Management Experience: Nill
Primary Function of this Role:
The Human Resource Supervisor is responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in China including Recruitment & Staffing, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relationship. The HR Supervisor will act as a strategic business partner of the General Manager to support the business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing
? Handle the entire recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, vetting and interview
? Be responsible for all on/off boarding activities/materials and coordinates with other HR vendors who is involved in the process
? Ensure completion of all employment & Exit procedures in accordance with local Employment Ordinance and company policy.
Training & Development
? Assist to identify the training needs and arrange the training for the employee either by internal or external resources
? Evaluate the effectiveness of the training in order to meet the business and employee needs
Performance Management
? Follow up the execution of annual performance review
? Consolidates the results of performance review to guide annual salary review and YEB
C & B
? Assist to prepare the annually staff cost budget and forecasting
? Prepare the monthly payroll including the journal entry of staff cost and ensure the accuracy of the calculation
? Manage a full range of human resources benefit administration including the staff social insurance, the public housing fund, commercial medical insurance, as well as the other existing or future benefit programs, by coordination with involved HR venders
? Manage the leave record of the staff
Employee Relationship
? Organize staff activities bi-yearly to enhance team work and staff engagement
? Serving as communication channel between general employees and managements to ensure reasonable employees' requirements/opinions could reach to "up"
Others
? Prepare HR related monthly reports timely and accurately, included but not limited to headcount report, staff cost center report
? Keep an eye on regulations and law updates & changes to make sure in compliance with legal environment
? Other ad hoc duties assigned by HR manager/managements
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources or Business Administration
? At least 5 years' working experience in HR function, with more than 2 year experience in HR general topics preferred. MNC experience of Logistics industry will be a plus.
? With solid experience in dealing vendor management such as Fesco, CIIC.
? Familiar with local Employment Ordinance
? Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated with positive working attitude; Able to work under pressure
? Strong analyzing and problem solving skills
? Excellent communication skills and able to deal with different level of staff
? Excellent Chinese and proficient English written and oral communication skills, CET-4 above
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
? Detail minded and well organized
