Requirement for GARMENTQC post in China-For Woven Garments (Suzhou,Jiangsu)

Education : University Graduate/Textile Graduate/ Basix degree with work experience preferable Language: command of spoken and written English (should be able to communicate using email in English as well.

Computer skill: MS Word/Excel

Work Location – Suzhou/Jiangsu,will need to travel to other Cities and Province as well.

Work Experience:

1- Minimum 3 to 5 years QC/QA experience in garment/apparel manufacturing field.

2- Should be able to follow and implement AQL 2.5 with the suppliers/factories Should have strong garment technical knowledge and factories production systems

Job Responsibilities ·

1- To check fit sample, PPS and bulk production samples at ftys and make fit appraisal report before it is sent to Hong Kong ·

2- To follow lead times and monitor order status by following dates on T&A(Time and Action calendar), which is created by merchandisers ·

3- To coordinate with team merchandisers to do inline and final inspection Conduct regular pre-production meeting with factory production team and QC ·

4- To train factories QC to understand the right and wrong ·

5- To do startup, inline and final audit To watch production progress at each of its stage and make sure they are still in control plan ·

6- To notify merchandisers about inspection result and feedback through emails ·

7- To assist merchandisers in various issues with suppliers

工作地点：江苏省苏州市，也需要出差到其他的省和市

工作经验：1）在成衣或服装生产方面至少有3-5年的QC/QA 工作经验;

工作内容：

1） 需到工厂检查确认样/产前样/大货样，确保样衣做工尺寸.不正确的样品是不能寄给客人的，并需在这些样品寄香港前做好相应的报告。

2） 要根据相应的交期去监督跟踪整个订单。

3） 配合我司团队的跟单人员做好在线验货和终期验货，并与工厂的生产团队及QC开相应的产前会议。

4） 要培训工厂的QC 让他们理解怎么做是正确的怎么做是错误的。

5） 订单生产后， 在线检查和最终的审核每个生产阶段都要在控制计划内

6）及时用邮件反馈给跟单员验货结果。

7）协助跟单员将不同种类的订单发给相应的工厂。
