职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers;
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth;
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners;
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes;
- Work closely with project and engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources;
- Provide product technical support to sales team.

Requirements:
- Degree holder in mechanical engineering;
- 5+ years’ experience in product management, preferably in lock / security industry;
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle;
- Proven capability in hands-on problem solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions; self-motivated and results driven;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Team player and ability to work with & through others;
