Job description
-Implement group category strategy, create/implement sourcing strategy to approach MCN KPIs
-Lead sourcing activities for NPD, transfer projects, MCN marketing queries, tooling development under target of cost, delivery, quality and service.
-Drive continuous improvement programs at the suppliers. Focus on cost saving/optimization initiatives in order to achieve cost reduction targets.
-Identify and develop potential suppliers capable of providing products per the technique & quality requirements
-Work across different functional teams for trouble shooting,
-Lead /implement negotiations with suppliers and execute Purchase Agreements.
-Implement supplier management programs, ensure suppliers’ sustainable service, continual improvement on cost reduction, on-time delivery, cycle time reduction, and new product development and quality assurance
-Work with supplier and different functions ensure all business transaction is conducted under high ethical manner.
-Daily and regular operation reports, includes suppliers’ performance reports
-Other sourcing activities as assigned.

Requirements
-5+ years sourcing experience in related category, bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering, or project management background would be preferred.
-Well documented results with strategic sourcing with a special focus on cost optimization.
- Strong negotiation, project management, good market research and data analysis skills.
- Dynamic, proactive and strong self-driven attitude to daily work, fact based and structured approach to tasks.
- Team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
- Good command of English in both speaking and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/PowerPoint/Excel).
- Sanitary ware industry background would be a plus.
- Be familiar with metal, plastic products, and manufacturing process, would a plus. 举报 分享
