职位描述：
35-50岁，男女不限，企业管理等相关专业，大专以上学历，3年以上行业工作经验，认真细致，有责任感，头脑灵活，具备很好的发现问题的能力；，有良好的管理、协调能力、沟通能力；电缆行业实际操作经历，熟练掌握电缆的生产过程控制及质量体系，熟悉使用Office 软件。
职位要求:
1、理工类专业；
2、熟悉战略管理、管理能力开发、生产管理、市场营销、财务管理等方面的知识；
3、对于正规的大中型企业，至少3年线缆行业生产管理工作经验；
4、熟悉线缆行业的生产过程，熟悉原材料的供应渠道；
5、熟悉生产规程以及质量标准；
6、具备良好的生产经营管理理念，有一定财务与法律知识；
7、熟悉6S管理、ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO13485系统及运作。
岗位职责:
1、参与制定公司发展战略与年度经营计划，主持制定、调整年度生产计划及预算；
2、计划并指导与生产、工厂管理、原材料供应及质量相关的工作；
3、完成公司既定的工作目标；
4、组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量指标等；
5、随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题。
