In order to manage requirements for the production of packaging artwork and reprographics, we are currently recruiting for a Print Production Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for providing efficient Brand/Print Quality Management from a technical perspective across multiple packaging/print processes whilst also advising on issues & solutions from design concept to print, whilst maintaining consistent print quality. You will be liaising with printers around the Asia region and will also attend press approvals on our clients behalf.
The candidate will demonstrate first rate project management skills, interpersonal skills and in-depth knowledge of the main print processes (Litho, Flexo, Gravure) and all packaging types. Computer literacy and IT awareness is essential. The coordination of dynamic global projects will require excellent written and spoken English. You will have worked in a packaging print or packaging reprographics environment with a detailed knowledge of quality packaging design, artwork and print.
Candidates must be willing to travel through South East Asia.

Responsibilities:
Printing Systems knowledge across a broad range of package types
Print and Repro knowledge with an in-depth knowledge of one or more process
Understanding of colour management / proofing systems
Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop and Acrobat
Esko plug ins and Automation Engine
OFFICE and Mac and Excel

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in related field.
Preferred at least 5 years of Print Production Manager/Specialist in the creative or print industry.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Print Production Managers juggle many roles, and all of them require strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Strong Initiative. In addition to being a good communicator, must be a self-starter.
Proposing changes to how an organization works requires a lot of initiative and the incumbent have to be able to justify his/her recommendations.
Work Ethic, High Energy Level, Sense of Urgency.
