职位描述：
1. 生产现场进行监控，确保工厂内的生产环境、生产过程符合GMP、HACCP、SOP要求，保证产品的质量；Monitor the production field to ensure the production environment and process can meet the requirements of GMP,HACCP and SOP and ensure the production quality as well.
2. 解决相关IPQA工作中的难题并对生产现场的品质问题进行分析和处理；
Solve the IPQA issues, analyze and handle the quality issues in work site.
3. 对生产工艺、作业标准，提出改善意见或建议；
Suggest to improve the manufacturing process and operation standard
4. 负责工厂的虫害控制，与供应商沟通并跟进发现问题；
Take charge of site pest control ,communicate with supplier and follow the actions
5. 负责工厂的质量相关的投诉，分析原因，调查结果，出具报告，跟进预防行动；
Take charge of site quality complaint, analyzing reason, investigating results, providing reports and follow up the preventive action.
6. 负责工厂的绩效监控检测，QRMP1.12条款负责人；
Take charge of site performance monitoring, responsible for 1.12
7. 完成上级交付的质量项目和工作；
Complete the quality projects committed by managers
8. QRMP2.24 不合格品控制和2.07虫害控制条款负责人；
Be accountable for 2.24 Control of Non-Conforming Goods and 2.07 pest control;
9. 推动C&S和Q-RMP 2.22 标准在工厂的实现，包括C&S体系的建立，监控和持续改进；
Push C&S and Q-RMP2.22 standard to implement in site, including establishment of C&S system, monitor and continuously improvement.
10. 协调公司内相关部门、人员和外部供应商执行C&S要求，以达到C&S标准；
Coordinate with relevant department and external supplier to meet the C&S requirements and achieve the C&S standard.
11. 培训各利益相关方C&S知识，使其明确理解各自职责；
Train the stakeholders on C&S knowledge, make them understand their responsibility;
12. 理解C&S执行情况，存在的风险和相应的控制措施；
Understand the C&S implementation, existing risk and relevant control;

b) 工厂存在C&S风险和相应的控制措施
The risk existed in site and relevant control
c) 从C&S角度，了解参与相关条款的执行和风险评估，至少包括：
Take part in the implement and risk assessment of relevant standards from C&S part, including at least:

2.07 Pest control
 2.15 设备维护
2.15 Maintenance
 2.13 校准
2.13 Calibration
 2.10 建筑设施

任职要求：
1. 大专或以上学历，食品、微生物、生化工程类或相关专业；
College degree or above, related to food, microbiology and biochemical engineering
2. 熟悉车间生产SSOP、GMP的要求，了解ISO9000、HACCP等体系的运作；
Be familiar to SSOP,GMP and comprehend how ISO9000,HACCP works;
3. 两年以上质量管理工作经验；
Two years or Above working experience in quality management.
4. 良好的沟通能力；
Good communication ability
5. 具有英语四级或以上证书
