职位描述:
1.Responsible for all the jobs of Engineering Dept., assign tasks to each employee through supervisors at different levels.
全面负责工程部的工作,通过各级主管把公司下达的各项工作任务落实到每一个员工;
2.Guide, supervise and urge the Equipment Supervisor to conduct standardized management on equipment, and do regular checking and spot check on all the records of equipment;
负责指导、督促、检查设备主管对设备进行规范管理,定期检查和抽查设备的各项记录;
3.Guide and lead the subordinates to conduct PM, and deal with all kinds of sudden failures of equipment;
指导、带领下属对设备进行PM维修工作,及处理设备发生的各种突发性故障;
4.Supervise and urge the Equipment Supervisor to conduct management on the spare parts, and approve the purchase orders of spare parts;
负责督促检查设备主管对备件的管理,审批备件采购单;
5.Organize various job training for the employees to improve their working skills and competence;
负责组织对本部门员工进行各种岗位培训,提升员工技能与胜任工作能力;
6.Collect technology and maintenance information of the equipment, and guide the Engineering Assistant to manage technology information and equipment operation records;
负责收集设备的技术资料和维修资料,指导工程助理管理技术资料和设备运行记录资料;
7.Understand the development trend of equipment, and raise constructive suggestions on equipment transformation and innovation;
了解设备的发展动向,对设备的改造、革新提出建设性的建议;
8.Responsible for design, budgeting, account settlement and outsourcing process etc. of equipment upgrading;
负责完成各项设备改造的设计、预算、结算、外协加工等工作;
9.Responsible for promotion and implementation of cleaning and sanitation policy;
负责推动和实施清洁卫生政策;
10.Work closely with Management in planning, developing, and implementing a continuous improvement culture.
在规划、发展和实施一个持续改进的文化方面与管理层密切合作。.
11.Drive change and process improvement projects and programs at the site.
在工厂推动项目和方案的改变和工艺改进。
12.Lead the planning and implementation of the HGPS programs at the site. Be a master on HGPS in provide coaching and training.
在工厂领导HGPS项目的规划和实施。成为一个在HGPS方面提供辅导和培训的大师。
13.Accountable for ensuring documentation and sustainability of completed projects.

14.Influence Plant Management team through demonstration of how better tools and processes can increase the efficiency of their work.

15.Develop efficient, standardized report methods for key department metrics.

16.Identify, develop, and implement new tools and templates to improve operational effectiveness of department.

17.Develop and deliver training plans for newly developed tools and processes and incorporate these tools into existing on-boarding activities.

18.Support the site Operations Director or Plant Manager in establishing and implementing all levels of KPI’s and periodic review process. Consolidate KPI’s into monthly reports.

19.Act as a department liaison with Continuous Improvement professionals in other areas.

20.Benchmark (internally and externally) and reapply best practices on CI program and HGPS implementation.

24.Responsible for the implementation of Q-RMP of the position, follow the operation method and procedure of the company during daily work to ensure product safety and quality, and responsible for the establishment, maintenance and improvement of Term 1.11、1.13 in the plant;
负责所在岗位的Q-RMP的执行,在日常工作中遵守公司的操作方法与流程规定,确保产品的安全和质量,负责1.11、1.13条款在公司的建立、维护和改善;
25.Clarify and execute Environment , Healthy ,Safety policy overall the plant. Take the response of the EHS of department.
理解并在部门中贯彻环保、健康和安全相关的公司和法规要求;对部门环保、健康和安全业绩负责。
26.Supporting the resource of Environment ,Healthy ,Safety, E.g. Human Resource, Materials, Financial Resources etc.
提供环保、健康和安全所必须的资源,如人力、物力和财力相关的支持。
27.Ensure no recordable incidents happen in the responsible area.
推动管辖范围的EHS工作,确保无重大设备安全责任事故。
28.Take other responsibility.
上级交办的其它工作。

岗位要求:
Must Have/必须具备:
?Familiar with the working principle of electricity, electronics, automation and mechanical technology, with rich experience on equipment maintenance;
   熟练掌握电气、电子、自动化、机械技术工作原理,有丰富的设备维修、保养工作经验;
?Familiar with relevant laws and regulations, e.g. safety standards on special equipment and environment protection etc.;
   熟悉国家相关的法规与政策,如:特种设备的安全规范、环保有关法规等;
?With relevant experience on device and personnel management;
   有相关设备管理经验及人员管理经验;
?At least 5+ years working experiences on equipment maintenance and project management field, with 3+ years experiences working as Engineering Manager in large and medium manufacturing enterprise.
   五年以上设备维修、工程项目管理工作经验,其中三年以上大中型制造企业工程经理经验。
?A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science or Industrial Engineering, understands continuous improvement technologies, equipment design and process design;
   工程、食品科学或工业工程学士学位;了解持续改进技术,设备设计和工艺设计;
?Experience in continuous improvement is a plus;
   有持续改进方面经验的加分;
?Food Safety knowledge and experience is prefer;
   有食品安全知识和经验者优先;
?Good understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems, Processes, Technologies;
   对持续改进体系,流程,技术有良好的理解;
?Strong leadership, thinking and problem solving, and communication skills;
   较强的领导力,思考和解决问题的能力以及沟通技巧;
?Ability to lead a portfolio of projects in excess of $xx annual productivity;

?Able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving; gathering and analyzing project data;
