职位描述：
？ Coordinate the implementation of process improvement actions
统筹工艺的改善试验的实施
1. Coordinate process improvement trial both in lab scale and production scale.
统筹工艺改善小试以及生产大试；
2. Cost analysis of the process improvement plan, including cost of material, labor, utility etc.
工艺改善行动计划的成本分析，包括物料、人工、能源等的成本分析；
3. Communicate with Marketing, R&D, FSQ to make sure new process is compliance with the legal.
与市场部、研发、质量等部门沟通，确保新工艺符合法规；
4. Grasp current process situation and Service the improvement suggestion to cooperate with R&D launch the new test program
通过对现有生产工艺的理解与现状分析，提出改进建议并同R&D合作开展流程改进。
？ Coordinate the implementation of cost improvement actions
统筹节约项目的实施
1. Initiate the overall plant saving projects
推动发起总个工厂节约项目
2. Push and track the implementation of the saving projects
推动并跟进各个节约项目实施
3. Daily /Monthly KPI tracking as well as the related correcting actions.
日常/每月的KPI指标以及纠正行动的跟踪
？ Responsible to related items on QRMP regulation 2.04 and 1.11.
负责有关的QRMP条款2.04和1.11；
？ EHS duty responsibility of own department.
负责部门EHS工作；
？ Any other tasks assigned by superior.
