职位描述：
Import/Export financial accounting Supervisor/Manager
Responsibilities

1. Responsible compiled financial analysis data for the company's import and export business, cross-border(Amazon, ebay and so on) , electricity business, familiar with VAT invoices, export tax rebates and LC operations,
2. Check the import export business details, do a good job settlement and tax rebate and other related foreign trade financial work and so on.
3. Proficient in national and local tax laws and regulations, familiar with the rules of government departments to communicate, familiar with overseas tax laws and regulations, have planning solutions cross - border tax.

4. Responsible for the company's cash, the custody and record of bills, the management of bank accounts and documents collection, timely reconciliation with banks, funds receipt and payment, reimbursement, reconciliation and other work, audit, custody of various types of documents, Account, monthly financial statements issued by the tax policy; Control corporate tax risk;


Requirements:

1. Full-time undergraduate or higher degree, finance, finance, economics and other related professional, college or higher, accounting qualification certificate, experience in production, internet or trade company is preferred.
2. Proficient in cross-border business(Amazon, ebay experience and so on) , international trade business, electricity business processes and accounting.
3. Give priority to foreign trade, production of export tax rebate accounting experience (priority: production-oriented enterprises work more than 3 years experience, foreign trade enterprises work more than 1 year experience)

4. Have excellent financial professional ethics. Work meticulous, clear thinking, a sense of responsibility, obedience strong sense, with good communication skills
5.responsible for the realization of the financial sector objectives for the company to provide accurate accounting financial analysis and forecasting to avoid risks, do a good job of risk prevention and early warning mechanism;

进出口及跨境电商财务会计主管/副经理
岗位职责：
1、负责对公司进出口业务、跨境、电商、门店等各类业务核算监督管理并编报财务分析数据，熟悉增值税发票,出口退税及LC操作，核对进口出口业务明细,做好结汇及退税等相关外贸财务工作
2、精通国家和地方税收法规，熟悉政府部门沟通法则，熟悉海外税收法规，对跨境税务筹划独特见解；
3.负责做好公司现金、票据的保管和记录，管理银行账户和单据收集，及时与银行对账，资金收付、报销、对账等工作，审核、保管各类凭证、明细账、总分类账，每月按时出具财务报表；及时掌握税务政策变更、新税法、国家政策变化，管控公司税务风险；

4.负责处理公司全盘会计账务；编制记账凭证;工资管理：根据销售提成、工作时长等，计算每月薪资，并恰当进行账务处理；
5.公司会计核算：做好流水汇集，正确、及时、完整地记帐，核算内容包括但不限于，存货成本核算、应收款项收入核算等；资产的管理和核算：建立台账，会同有关部门进行固定资产和流动资产的核定工作，客观真实地反映公司各项资产的情况；有股改、重组经验更好。

岗位要求：

1、全日制大学本科以上学历，财务、金融、经济等相关专业，本科以上学历，有会计从业资格证书，有生产型进出口企业、电商行业、互联网或者贸易行业的经验优先；
2、精通国际贸易业务、熟悉跨境业务、实体店销售业务、电商业务流程及核算。
3. 具备助理会计师初级职称，有外贸、生产出口退税会计工作经验者优先（生产型企业工作3年以上，外贸型企业工作1年以上者会优先考虑）
4. 具备优秀的财务人员职业道德。工作细致、思路清晰、有责任感，服从意识强，具有良好的沟通能力
5、负责实现财务部门工作目标，为公司经营提供准确会计的财务分析及预测，规避风险，做好风险防范及预警机制；

另外如果具备以上1、2、3点，并且：
有四大税务咨询部门工作经验者、有跨境电商税务从业经验者、有税务局工作经验者、通过注册会计师、注册税务师资格者或有国家税务系统资源会优先考虑；进出口公司两年以上相关工作经验，无不良记录，熟练操作计算机及相关财务软件。
