1. Reconcile statement & ap balance for scheduled payments
2. Follow to fix invoice disputes & credit notes related to ship & debit, cargo returns, etc.
3. Daily communication with suppliers
4. Payment forecast for scheduled suppliers
Candidate Qualification:
1.Colleague or above, bachelor preferred
2.0-3 years’ experience is ok.
3.Good skills at Excel, Outlook
4.Good communication skill & good team work
5.Positive, able to work under pressure
6.Strong ownership & reliable
