Job Description:
? Provide first line System, PC and technical support to end-users.
? Responsible for software / hardware installation, troubleshooting.
? Some part of Administrator of IT work.
Key Qualification & Working Experiences:
? Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline
? Familiar with PC applications including Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
? At least 1-2 years relevant experience in technical support role preferable, but fresh graduated will be also considered
? MCSE certificate holder is preferred but not essential
? Familiar with PC hardware installation and Microsoft OS installation
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Good command of written English preferred with good spoken English
