Essential background requirement　　　　　
Bachelor degree or above in engineering, MBA preferred(会德语优先）

　　　
Essential experience and professional skill requirement　　　
1.Minimum 5 years related experience（Program Mananger) in automotive　　
2.Understanding of engineering principals and knowledged with cost and quality control
3.Team leadership experience and good socializing capabilities & negotiating skills
4.Familiar with APQP/TS16949 system　　　　
5.Good oral and written communication skill, English skill is essential　
6.Attention to details　　　　　
7.Willing to self improvement and working under pressure　

Responsibility

1.Support project acquisition activities of business development team
2.Manage, monitor and analyze key tasks, activities and costs through the multiple phase of the program
3.Manage program contribution, actual vs. quoted in order not to exceed target values set at the start
of program　　　
4.Be responsible for and maintaining program timing, make decisions within process guidline, determining feasibility and assessing risk, documenting and resolving all concerns of schedule
5.Provide leaderships for all core team members
6.Facilitate communication between all Kunshan departments and customers as well as suppliers
7.Report all activites in the program from design to costing issues to management on a monthly basis
8.Performs all duties in accordance with PEP,lead CFT on PEP/APQP process
9.Adhere to all plant policies and procedures as outlineed in the desktop procedures, the employee
handbook and the emloyee norms　
10.Contact with customer directly and coordinate the overall OEM related business activities
11.Provide timely coaching, counseling and feedback to employees through one-on-one session
performance appraisals and team meetings
12.Perform other duties as required
