职位描述
Essential background requirement
1) Masters degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2) Strong background on theoretical analysis with FEA, Dimensional Control, and/or Kinematics/Dynamics 3) At least 2 year of product development or related experience
4) Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English: verbal and written
5) Requires good team work, and good people skills with customers and suppliers

Essential experience and professional skill requirement
1) Target 3-6 years diversified CAE and other analytical experience.
2) Strong proficiency in the use of FEA, Dimensional Management, and/or Kinematics/Dynamics software to analyze mechanical components, devices, and/or assemblies.
3) Fundamental knowledge of CAD software (IDEAS, CATIA, UG).
4) Demonstrated competency in GD&T.
5) Working knowledge of statistical methods (i.e. APQP, DFSS, Six Sigma).
6) Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines
7) Demonstrated successful performance with independent problem solving and presentations.
8) Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
