Broad Purpose of the Position:

· Control the movement and storage of Clinical trial supplies within the warehouse and process the associated transactions, including receiving, put away, picking, packing and shipping. Keep the material organized to ensure smoothly production.

· Maintain accountability of stock and the reconciliation of any returned unused and part used trial medication from clinical sites.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

· Manage the receipt, storage and undertake periodic stock checks of clinical trial supplies.

· Perform secondary packing and labeling on clinical trial packs according to approved packing instructions.

· Undertake day to day management of supply requirements utilizing IVRS/IWRS to update the status of clinical trial products in the system.

· Undertake shipping orders received from IVRS/IWRS, conduct pick and pack of products as per the shipment request.

· Manage the returns of supplies from the investigator sites of both partially used (open) clinical packs and unused medication. Undertake full accountability of the returns and arrange for product destruction according to local regulations.

· Generate inventory storage, shipping and return summary report as per request.

· Be accountable for the verification of transportation fees.

· Verify the work of others as required.

Key Competencies:

· College degree or above

· A good standard of read and written English

· Good command of excel and word

· Team player

· Good skills of communication

· Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management

· Previous experience of managing clinical supplies in China (desirable)

· Good attention to detail

· Can work under pressure
