Your tasks & responsibilities
?Lead the development process of our new suppliers in China for metal & mechanic parts for heavy machinery
?Responsible for Supplier Development, supplier Audits & Incoming Inspection
?Set up a professional Quality Management
?Define quality process & procedures according to company standards and requirements
?Maintain good relations to suppliers and customers.

Your skills profile
?Successful completion of material science, mechanical engineering or similar studies
?Several years of experience in supplier development in a foreign invested manufacturing company
?Excellent in Quality tools, Control Plan and P-FMEA
?Experience in LEAN, Automotive Industry and metal processing is a Plus
?Experience in establishment of a Quality handbook is a Plus
?Good communication and inter personal skills, with leadership ability
?Good written and spoken English language skills, good experience with MS-Office
