Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Local permit management from the beginning of the project to final acceptance and capable to coordinate with relevant local government for site construction and inspection
2. Capable to coordinate with landlord for site construction and provide necessary support to operation for store grand open.
3. Capable to manage several suppliers including general contractor and equipment suppliers, and especially city utility contractors at site simultaneously.
4. Overall construction planning with essential suppliers involved. Capable to manage project construction planning with daily guide and weekly track.
5. Project budget management and VO management. Capable to manage project within budget line with daily guide and weekly track.
6. Necessary communication with designer for drawing update by site modification
7. Construction material purchase arrangement, price auditing & market research within EF work scope
8. Site management and quality and safety assurance for all construction activities
9. Necessary communication inside EF including marketing, training, and operation
10. Provide necessary advice for store renovation according to local operation condition
11. Setup a facility management team for all existing restaurants, central kitchens, offices, etc. in southern China. Maintain all equipment and ensure timely repairs (TBD)
12. Project review and provide best practice to EF restaurant decoration specification.

Skill Requirements:
a. Technical skills
1. Experience of local regulation
2. Ability to discuss with local authorities
3. Clear understanding of construction project management processes
4. Project budgeting experience
5. Ability to manage overlapped several projects
6. Knowledge of civil works, MEP and decoration design
7. Construction site management skills
8. Construction software (i.e. - CAD, MS project, etc.)
9. Ability to purchase materials while controlling costs and guaranteeing quality
10. Knowledge of construction “best practices”, methods, and techniques

Experience
1. Minimum 5+ years of site construction project management
2. Food industry experience or store decoration experience preferred
