职位描述
Accountabilities 主要工作职责
-Events Management / 活动管理
Planning events for the yearly budget and adjust planning. / 根据预算安排大型活动
Negotiate major events and coordinate execution of smaller scale events. / 活动协商
Guarantee the execution standards are followed in the events. / 确保活动按照标准执行
Track and report execution and results. / 跟踪项目执行过程及结果
-Super Premium Management / 精品酒管理
Co-develop commercial plans. / 发展商务计划
Co-negotiate with key WSs and POCs. / 与关键经销商和售点协商
Plan POC list validation and consolidate. / 安排并整合售点计划
Coordinate execution. / 协调执行
Control quality of regular and ad-hoc reports. / 控制常规报告质量
Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求
Education 教育背景:
-Colleague bachelor degree on business administration, management, economics, etc, / 商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位
Experience 工作经验:
-Previous experience with management responsibilities in a multicultural environment / 具备在跨国公司相关管理岗位工作经验
-At least 2 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable / 至少2年工作经验,有快消行业工作经验优先考虑
Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的)
-General knowledge of business performance practices / 基本商务知识
-Good computer skills, mastery of Excel, PowerPoint / 良好的电脑技能,主要是Excel和PPT
-Good communication skill and coaching skill / 良好的沟通技巧和培训技巧
-Good English skill / 英语水平优良
-Good learning ability / 良好的学习能力
-Excellent presentation skill / 出色的演示技巧
该岗位目前暂时会由三方发放工资,15年年中预计会有正式编制
