Job Overview
This role will be responsible to lead the BU C&S Sales Team to grow for C&S brands to support C&S business expansion and deliver the volume in BU
Reporting to
BU President (direct report)C&S China Sales Director (dotted-line report)
Key Responsibilities
? Craft category structure and commercial strategy (channel plan, brand portfolio…)
? Craft expansion
? WS management
? Capability building / RTM (beer knowledge/portfolio design/draught technicals/ WS cold chain support…)
? Team Management
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree or above with over 8 years’ working experience
? Experience in High -end liquor industry, wholesaler management, field sales and sales team management on- trade cross channel expansion experience, regional contract negotiation will be valued
? Strong communication and influence skill, excellent cooperation and cross functional negotiation capability
? Excellent strategic thinking and planning ability
? Craft & Specialties Beer lover
? Bilingual ,Fluent in English
? Certified Cicerone 1 or equivalent
