岗位职责

1、按照公司《经营方针》制定《年度销售计划》，带领团队完成年度业绩目标；

2、全面提升销售团队执行力，对销售团队日常工作给予积极指导与培训；

3、了解、分析、反馈市场竞争情况，协调、处理所负责客户的突发事件，积极开展市场调研、分析和预测，为上司提供高质量、可靠的销售方案；

4、完成上级交代的其他工作。

任职要求

1、大专及以上学历，市场营销等相关专业毕业；

2、3-5年以上销售团队管理经验，具备台资、中外合资等大中型制造加工型企业，或从事过模具、机械、鞋业、制造业等相关行业者优先考虑；

3、具备较强团队管理和沟通能力，以及敏锐的市场洞察力和严密的分析能力，对数据有较高敏感度；

4、人品正直，勤奋踏实，积极进取，责任心强，执行力强。

GuangDong Huifeng Mold Co., Ltd. is located in Jieyang, which is known as the “capital of China’s plastics fashion shoes. The company is founded in 1998. It is a specialized mold company for research & development, manufacture and sales. It covers an area of over 8000 square meters, and the construction area is over 30,000 square meters, with modern standard factory buildings, office buildings, dormitories,canteens and staff clubs. The transportation is convenient and the location is less than 15km away from the Chaoshan airport and Xiamen-Shenzhen High-speed Railway.
Our main products are air blowing, crystal,EVA,PVC,single/double color etc precise shoes mold .
The annual production is over 20,000 pairs. The production line is complete with R & D, design, 3D scanning, 3D printing, CNC, wood molding, casting, machining, texture, injection. There are over 40 sets of advanced molding equipment, like high-speed machines.
