1、 协助市场经理做相关市场活动的策划和宣传、推广计划的实施;
2、 独立操作部分活动项目的撰写及策划、执行及前后期宣传工作,对活动进行收益评估,为领导的决策提供真实准确的依据;
3、 协助上级整理第三方合作资源,建立第三方资源库;
4、 收集市场信息及行业动态,及时反馈市场动态信息,并存档备用,为日后的活动开展提供素材;
5、 公司宣传资料的文案编写及制作;
6、 负责市场活动及相关物资的管理;
7、 负责公司员工及客户培训;
8、 完成上级交办其它工作;
9、有时出差。
岗位要求:
1、 专科以上学历,2年以上市场、营销等相关工作经验,教育培训行业市场经验尤佳;
2、 具备市场营销活动相关经验,有活动及讲座现场控场能力;
3、 具备较佳的人际沟通和语言表达能力、灵活机智的处事能力及优秀的客户维护能力;
4、 具备良好的文字功底,对新闻的敏感度高,具备活动方案的撰写及预算编制能力;
5、 有强烈的工作责任心和团队合作精神,能承担工作压力;
6、 做事条理清晰、认真负责;
7、 熟练操作各种办公软件,如Word, Excel, PowerPoint等;
8、英语基础CET6,能够进行简单的日常英语交流(口头及书面)。
Marketing Specialist
Job Description:
