职位描述：
Main Tasks and responsibilities

- Manage HR matters on daily basis
- Direct HR team and coordinate with other departments
- Recruitment as required by each department in compliance with company policy
- Assist general manager to identify HR direction, plan and strategy
- Provide professional HR suggestions to optimize management of the company
- Prepare corporate HR regulations/programs and further implement them upon approval of board, including without limitation personnel management system, wage system, annual appraisal program, incentive program, training program, key performance indicators
- Organize training as required for the management of the plant and the company
- Work closely with HR manager of China and Asia offices for the HR related issues; and
- Any other tasks assigned by Plant Manager


Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in HR in a MNC , including at least 5 years experience in HR management position
- Good knowledge of China Labor Law & related statutory regulations
- Good knowledge of HR management at a process plant
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Creative problem solving and decision making skills
- Knowledge of implementing HR programs and the principles & practices of HR management
- Capability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command in English
- Familiar with MS Office
- Experience in working in a sino-foreign company will be a plus 举报 分享
