职位描述：
工作内容
1. 负责公司总机的转接和访客的接待工作。
2. 负责酒店/机票预订
3. 负责会议室的预订
4. 负责分发公司信件、报纸和杂志，公司常用表格、名片等的印制。快递公司的管理，成本控制，避免差错。
5. 负责文具以及生活用品的采购和发放工作，办公设备的维修。
6. 领导清洁工团队，保持整洁的环境，符合5S要求。
7. 负责车辆的调度
8. 贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规及《现场作业环境健康安全须知》
9. 其它安排的任务和职责。

任职要求：
1.1年以上前台接待/行政经验
2.应届毕业生亦可考虑
3．能够简单的英语沟通和交流
4．会使用办公软件 举报 分享
