TITLE: Shipment Management

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF POSITION ON THE ORGANIZATION:

?Control transportation cost, improve freight productivity.
?Control and improve lead time, to assure delivery on time.
?Work with sub-contractor, manage operational performance, improve LPPM, and satisfy customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

?Work with sub-contractors and manage the cost and performance, improve SOP.
?Control transportation cos
?Optimize transportation methods; improve lead time reliability and LPPM.
?Investigate customer claim, good will, make RCCA and improvement action plan.
?Manage shipping documents
?Reporting logistic metrics: LPPM, Freight cost, lead time.

EXPERIENCE:

?Experienced in shipment management
?Experienced in logistics
?Experienced MS Office and SAP
Preferable
?More than 3 year relevant experience in multinational company

PROFILE:

?Business English speaking and writing
?Intercultural awareness
?Able to work independently and with good team work spirits
?Able to work in fast pace environment with positive and aggressive attitude.
?Good communication skills.
?Experience in organizing, scheduling and running large scale activities will be a bonus

INTERNAL INTERACTIONS: VSM planner, FI, warehouse staff

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS: Forwarder, 3PL, Customs, Commodity Inspection & Quarantine
