职位描述：
职责：
? 给客户进行WiFi方案的技术介绍，推荐合适的方案给到客户
? 支持客户进行产品开发,解决客户遇到的硬件技术问题
? 紧密跟踪客户项目
? 精炼的概括将技术要点,与销售在技术上能顺畅的沟通
? 给客户介绍,演示新产品/方案
? 与销售/市场部门同事紧密配合,推进客户项目
? 辨明客户产品的技术问题,能清晰的反馈出技术的问题点
 
要求：
? 有2-5年的Wi-Fi硬件开发调试经验(有Atheros开发经验***)
? 熟悉Wi-Fi/IEEE-802.11协议和标准，熟练应用 spectrum analyzers,litepoint, Chariot, iperf, etc.
? 熟悉 wifi RF电路设计原理
? 熟悉模拟、数字电路的设计开发，能熟练使用常用的EDA软件(PADS,Allegro)检查客户原理图,PCB layout
? 有较强的学习解决问题的能力，能就问题技术点与客户进行很好的沟通
? 能出差到客户进行现场支持工作，在要求时间内分析/解决问题
? 具备较强的沟通和协调能力,做事认真踏实细致,有较好的团队协作精神和服务意识.

Responsibilities:
? Introducing Wi-Fi solution technical details, promote suitable solution to customer
? Provide technical support on customer development, can resolve technical issues on-site or off-site
? Following customer projects tightly
? Align to sales from technical side, find best way to support customer
? Quickly understanding and familiar to new solutions and cut edge IEEE802.11 technologies
? Analyze root cause of technical issues, express feedback analyzation clearly by writing or oral

Requirements:
? 3-5 years’ experience on Wi-Fi design
? Familiar with Wi-Fi/IEEE802.11 protocol and analyzing/calibration tools – Litepoint, sniffers, spectrum analyzers, Chariot, iperf, wireshark etc.
? Skills on Wi-Fi RF design/tuning
? Familiar with analog/digital design and tools(PADS, Allegro, etc), review customer schematic and PCB layout
? Good technical skills to resolve issues
? Team player. Good interpersonal communication and writing skills in English.
? Traveling to customer and on-site support
