Job Responsibilities:

· Conduct effective interview by providing objective interview comments and cooperate with TLs for the hiring-decision to ensure a high quality of a new hire.

· Conduct exit interview with employee to gather valuable information and delivery it to the management team efficiently and properly.

· Gather and understand a job requirement by effectively communicating with TLs to ensure the right candidate can be placed in the right team.

· Handle offer letters for all job openings to make sure all information are sent to the candidates accurately and efficiently.

· Assist in all recruiting marketing activities, including recruiting advertisement, campus recruiting activities, job fairs, etc.

· Assist in maintaining the existing sourcing channels and developing new channels, thereby, to build a potential talent pool to meet the increasing new-hire demand and support the business growth.

· Identify any problems in the daily work and provide constructive solutions to optimize and improve the work efficiency and quality.

· Implement New Hire On-boarding process and HR administrative routine works related with employee employment and benefits, such as labor contract, annual physical exam through the HR Management System and paper document.

· Assist in generating HR reports as required.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above;

· Minimum 2 years related working experience;

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

· Good English Skills (verbal and written);

· Strong organizational and coordination skills;

· Good at time management;

· Ability to work independently or in a team;

· Problem solving skills;

· Intermediate computer knowledge in Windows and MS Office.
