Essential Duties and Responsibilities(list details):
-- Focus on KPI improvement
-- Ensure construction and operations standards are met based on building specifications and operations requirements
-- Continuous improvement planning with workshop scheduling, objectives & targets in coordination with area department heads
-- Map and monitor the process parameter and correct them into the operational instruction documents for quality and efficiency purpose.
-- Report weekly/monthly on operational improvements
-- Make statistic for the process data with appropriate tools, produce regular reporting documents in the most logical and clear style
-- Lead best practice and CIP implementation
-- Report monthly CIP activities for the mentioned facilities
-- Audit facilities as required to assure adherence to standards are being met
-- Provide lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) recommendations for plant development and ongoing operations
-- Lead multi-disciplined teams in the implementation of improvement activities

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical engineering related background, with knowledge in electronic/electrical is preferred
-- Minimum 4 years of process management experience in manufacturing company
-- Knowledge of business & production, supply chain processes like 5S, lean management, etc
-- Mastery of CIP concepts and practices (Green/Black Belt certification desirable)
-- Experience with Kaizen, Rapid Change-over, and Theory of Constraints
-- Knowledge of various continuous improvement methodologies including 6S, TPM, TQM,
-- Fluent in English and Chinese Languages
-- Understanding of operational processes, innovative & creative
-- Ms-office application and reporting
-- Acceptance with employees and operators
-- Change agent with communicative, handling conflicts, convincing & integrating
-- Structured approach, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2009年2月，贝洱集团在全球金融危机的恶劣环境下，逆市而上，在济南投资1200万美元，成立了贝洱在中国的第一家独资企业。公司厂址位于济南市高新区重汽工业园，厂房和建筑面积12 718平方米。
贝洱（济南）热系统有限公司于2009年12月SOP，主要设计、开发、制造和销售卡车发动机冷却模块（散热器、中冷器….）及汽车空调模块，员工150人。公司研发及生产部门，均由外国专家担任部门经理。凭借贝洱100多年来在发动机冷却系统和汽车空调领域积累的先进的设计理念及管理模式，以贝洱一直以来对技术及产品质量的高度关注，贝洱济南将成长为中国市场上最具竞争力的卡车发动机冷却系统和空调供应商之一。
