职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
1) All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values.
2) Manage both EDI and manual purchase order entry.
3) Re-plan and manage supplier backlog in line with demands and supplier agreements: confirmation, reschedule, cancellation and reconciliation.
4) Communicate with Demand vs. Supply Analysts and Service Centre Analysts and with the suppliers on a daily basis regarding the supply situation.
5) Communicate with the Suppliers regarding purchase order backlog, shipping and tracking information: track and prioritize urgent shipments.
6) Be accountable for receipts from the suppliers and resolution of shipping discrepancies.
7) Ensure correct receipt of supplier invoices and resolve discrepancies.
8) Monitor supplier on-time delivery.
9) Occasionally participate in meetings with suppliers as required.

8) Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment.
9) Willing to work in a challenging and multicultural environment.
